Vehicle's spare tyre will be installed to replace a flat tyre. When a serviceable spare tyre is not available, towing will be arranged. |

If the vehicle's battery is dead, the service provider will jump-start your vehicle. |

Vehicle will be towed to the nearest RMI approved repair facility. If after-hours, vehicle will be stored in safe storage area for the evening. |

The Medical Advice and Information Hotline operators will guide you through a medical crisis situation, provide emergency advise and organise for you to receive the support you need - utilising the 24hr Alarm Centre Doctor. (includes referals to crisis lines i.e. rape, abuse, HIV, etc.) |
